The TL28 model is a long barrel bat with extraordinary strength. A power-generating taper at the logo transitions down into a thin to medium-diameter handle. This bat gives the hitter extended control and a big whip throughout the hitting zone. Slightly end-loaded with a tapered knob that lets the pinky sit comfortably around the knob, giving the hitter that extra half inch without injuring the hand when hitting with the pinky below the knob.
Players swinging this model are typically hitting for power or want to damage the off-speed pitches.
