Returns & Refund Policy

At Hot Hitter & Diamond King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Return

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return

You can request a return directly through your customer account on our website:

  1. Log in to your customer account.

  2. Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Select the item(s) and submit a return request.

  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hothittersports.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

We will review your claim and provide instructions for replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided the returned items meet the conditions outlined above.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or another legally required circumstance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or otherwise required by law:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Engraved bats and custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Products altered after delivery

  • Items not purchased directly from Hot Hitter Sports
