CUSTOM PRODUCTS - TERMS OF SALES
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. While in the order review page, just click the edit button and you'll be able to make your desired changes. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the SUMMARY screen because a custom product cannot be returned.
2. RETURNSYour custom product is made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact customer service for information regarding a defective product.
3. CUSTOM PRODUCT PERSONALIZATION GUIDELINESWe reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization in regards to any of the following:
- Your customization text cannot contain any profanity, which includes offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane.
- Custom designs can’t use third-party marks, athlete images, corporate logos or team logos.
- Names of professional athletes and/or celebrities.
- Any other trademarked marks, words or phrases.
- Unauthorized use of Major League Baseball Team names.
On any custom product, there may be no reference to any NCAA player or coach likeness in any way (per the NCAA)
By ordering you state your understanding and agreement that the personalization text entered is accurate and does not contain any restricted text, and that you own all rights, titles, and interest in any images or logos uploaded. Custom Products will go through an extensive Quality Control process. If any custom order has restricted language or names, the order will not be processed.
4. SHARING YOUR CUSTOM PRODUCTSYou're an artist. Show your friends what you just created! You can share your creation on your social media profiles or send it to all of your family and friends. This is also a great way to send someone a "hint" for the holidays or your birthday, or just because you're awesome.
5. ADD TO CARTYou've double checked all of your customizations and personalizations and you're now ready to purchase! To begin, click the "Add to Cart" button from the Review and Buy screen. You will be directed to the cart where you will enter your personal details, payment option, billing and shipping information. Once your payment is accepted, your order will be sent to our factory where we'll start building your custom creation!
6. SHIPPINGYour custom product will show its estimated shipping window in the cart and order review page. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Shipping rates are provided during the checkout process.
7. PAYMENT OPTIONSYour credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your custom order. Look for an email once your order has been placed.
If your credit card was declined while checking out your credit card may not be approved for the following reasons:
- The name on the credit card does not match the billing name given
- The billing address given does not match the bank records
- The wrong verification code was given at checkout
We cannot see credit card information, if your credit card has been declined for any reason we suggest you try again after some time or contact your bank for more information. So, please take care when entering all personal and credit card details during checkout, as erroneous information may delay your order.
8. TAXESSales Tax will be charged where required by law. If you are shipping to a location where sales tax is charged, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed at checkout.
