ORDER PROCESSING:

We will make every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received.

Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is:
Standard Ground Orders: 1 p.m. Paris (GMT +2) Monday-Friday
Expedited Orders: 2 p.m. Paris (GMT +2) Monday-Friday

or

Pick up Point (Point Relay): 1 p.m. Paris (GMT +2) Monday-Friday.
Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as Dropship item – ships from manufacturer). Pre-Ordered items are always shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Standard Ground shipping is our default shipping option for both national and international shipping.

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card, billing or shipping information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, Security Code, Telephone Number, and Shipping Address.

France (Domestic) Shipping options 

STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:

Standard Shipping service is available for orders placed before 1 p.m. GMT +2 Monday-Friday for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via Standard Shipping service typically arrive within (3-5) business days after leaving our distribution center.

Standard Shipping service is via Colissimo.

EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE:

Express Shipping service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. GMT +2 Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via express service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for express shipping service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as Dropship item – ships from manufacturer). Pre-Ordered items are not available for second-day shipping. Guaranteed 2 Day shipping is only available for shipment within France. All Express shipments will be handled by Chronopost are guaranteed or shipping is refunded.

PICK UP POINT (POINT RELAY)

PICK UP POINT (POINT RELAY) Shipping service is available for all orders placed before 1 p.m. GMT +2 Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via pick up point (point relay) service arrive in (5-8) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for pick up point (point relay) service are made Tuesdays through Saturdays only.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as Dropship item – ships from manufacturer). Pre-Ordered items can be shipped through the pick up point shipping option. Pick up Point shipping is only available for shipment under 10kg and is recommended if you are not available to receive the delivery during the day.
